Grilling chicken skewers made easy

A great marinade for the barbecue season: lemon juice, crushed garlic, honey and rosemary. Marinate chicken cubes for a few hours or over night, sautee all the 'ingredients' separately (onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, zucchini...), put on the skewers and only re-heat them once the grill is going.
