Need a healthy snack?

Pull some pita bread apart in the middle, spray some water on it, add herbs and spices of your choice, put in your toaster oven for 5-8 minutes and enjoy with a refreshing yogurt dip. And the best part about this quick and healthy snack - it keeps really well in the freezer.
