Baklava - so sweet (and easy)

So Baklava may not be exactly low calorie health food but it sure is delicious and easy to make - yes, easy! All you need is: Phyllo dough (from frozen food section), nuts (chopped walnuts, almonds, pistachios - one of them or a mix), butter and sugar (added honey optional).

All you do is: put a few leaves of dough into a baking dish (easily cut to the right size with scissors), brush with melted butter, put a layer of nuts, put a few leaves of dough... make 3 or 4 layers, bake at 180° for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Then pour about a cup of syrup (made by boiling 2 parts water with 1 part sugar and some honey if you like) over it and... ready!
