Fun with pizza dough

Ingredients : 400 grams flour, 1 packet of dry yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 teaspoons salt, 200 ml warm water, 4 tablespoons oil.

Mix all, knead into a soft dough, let rest for 30 minutes then:

      roll out for a pizza and cover with toppings of your choice or mix some chopped olives or jalapeno pepper, dried tomatoes or bits of ham or bacon into the dough and make little buns or form little strands and roll into 'snails' then sprinkle with grated cheese before baking or form little strands, tie into a knot Place on lined baking tray and bake for about 20 minutes at 180

Alternatively form little strands, tie into a knot, bake till golden brown and while still hot, brush melted butter infused with crushed garlic on or brush with plain butter and sprinkle with black cumin or any other herb of your choice
